Jeremy Bullins will join LEGACY MOTOR CLUB for the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series campaign.
Bullins, a veteran crew chief across the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, will be paired with Riley Herbst as the shot-caller for the No. 84 Toyota Camry XSE, beginning with the season-opening event at Daytona in February 2027.
“I’m very excited to get the opportunity to work with everyone at LEGACY MOTOR CLUB with everything that is being built here,” said Jeremy Bullins, crew chief of the No. 84 Toyota Camry XSE. “There are a lot of positive things happening at the team. I was excited to meet Riley Herbst and see how passionate he is about racing, so I’m excited to give him some leadership to hopefully provide him a good opportunity in 2027.”
With more than 25 years of experience in NASCAR and a proven record of developing drivers and building race-winning efforts, Bullins is a great fit for LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s growing NASCAR Cup Series program.

Bullins has a winning pedigree across NASCAR, collecting 10 NASCAR Cup Series victories and 21 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series victories as a crew chief in the sport. His time at NASCAR’s top-level has included stints at Wood Brothers Racing, Richard Childress Racing, Team Penske, and RFK Racing.

Jeremy’s also an organizational thinker who will contribute to LEGACY’s overall program to the benefit of Riley’s teammates in the No. 42 and No. 43.”
Herbst joins LEGACY MOTOR CLUB after two seasons driving the No. 35 Toyota Camry XSE in the NASCAR Cup Series for 23XI Racing.

Bullins and Herbst will begin working together at Daytona in February 2027.
