Jeremy Bullins and RFK Racing have parted ways, effectively immediately, the organization confirmed in a statement on Monday.

Bullins, a veteran crew chief in the NASCAR Cup Series, has spent the last two seasons serving as the shot-caller for the No. 6 Ford Mustang Dark Horse, driven by 2012 NASCAR Cup Series champion Brad Keselowski.

Together, leading the No. 6 team, Bullins and Keselowski have recorded eight top-fives and 19 top-10 finishes. The duo had also previously spent time working together at Team Penske, where they earned five wins together from 2020 to 2021.

“We’re excited for Jeremy [Bullins] and his family as he embarks on a new opportunity,” said RFK Racing in a statement. “Jeremy has been a terrific teammate, leader, and vital member of our competition think tank. Not only has he been a trusted voice with the No. 6 team, but he’s also brought great value to the garage in sharing strategic insights and historical perspective as we’ve crafted a shared vision for RFK Racing’s on-track success.”

Bullins is expected to have another similar opportunity with another organization.

Mike Skarbowski, who served as shot-caller for Corey LaJoie and the No. 99 Ford Mustang in the DAYTONA 500 (RFK Racing’s fourth entry), will start working with Keselowski this weekend at Kansas Speedway. No word if this is a permanent move, or if this is just an interim hire.

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Kansas on Sunday, September 27 for the fourth race of a 10-race Chase for the Championship.
